Juventus will visit Parma at home on September 1st, 2018 at 11:30 AM PDT for match day three of the Serie A. Juve will be looking to secure their third win in a row having already defeated Chievo & Lazio. While Parma will be attempting to fight an uphill battle to get their first win having tied against Udinese and losing against SPAL last week.
The last time Juventus has played Parma was in the 2014-15 season were Parma won 1-0. Which was in the same season that Juve handed Parma their worst defeat at 7-0.

Predicted lineups
Tuttosport & Corriere dello Sport believe that Juve will employ a 4-2-3-1 formation similar to the season opener game against Chievo to integrate Dybala back into the starting 11. While Gazzetta dello Sport believe Allegri will continue to use the trusted 4-3-3 formation.
My personal prediction
I also believe Allegri will utilize the 4-2-3-1 formation since having a two man midfield might not be a double edged sword against a weaker side like Parma. If this does come into fruition, I fully expect Dybala to start right behind Ronaldo. This also gives more our abundance of attacking options a higher chance of getting game time.
I personally would love to see Dybala start. I know he might still not be fully fit but I would like to avoid even the chance of Dybala being discontent with being in the bench once more. It’s pretty evident how much more control having a third midfielder on the field gives us, but it’s unfortunate that it’s come at the expense of Dybala. I hope Allegri can figure out a way to make this all work, I completely trust his decisions.
Players to watch out for
I would be very surprised if Ronaldo doesn’t get his first goal against Parma. He came very close to scoring against Lazio but ending up assisting Mandzukic. Assuming Dybala starts or comes in a sub, I’m sure he will be very hungry to get his first goal of the season alongside Ronaldo. Lastly, if Bernardeschi starts, expect him to be involved in at least a goal whether he scores or provides an assist. He has been absolutely phenomenal and I think this year might be his breakout season.
Score prediction
Juve 3-0 Parma
Ronaldo, Ronaldo & Dybala
